The author himself DR price has always considered himself an overachiever. Having graduated early with a successful social life, Mr Price like many other people considered his accomplishments a great achievement but it all came tumbling down when he was diagnosed with anaemia. This was a turning point in his life. Laziness is not a deeply researched topic as compared to other mental problems. The book explores how daily grind and achieves has left us burnt out. The fact that we measure productivity by the amount of exhausting work we put in has dangerous consequences on our health. It is high time we put efforts into accepting ourselves the way we are and not judge our self-worth by the effort we put in. It is a great read for people looking for new mental health topics to explore.
